What should I do if I can’t log in to Discovery Hub?

Check with your IT department to make sure that the Discovery Hub website is whitelisted so it is not blocked. Try logging in on a different Wi-Fi network or computer.
Check with the Discovery Hub Account Owner or an Admin to make sure that the invitation was sent out.
Make sure that the login credentials entered are correct.
Otherwise, email your Discovery Hub Account Owner or Admin to resend your account invitation.
