What should I do if I can’t create my Discovery Hub account?

Check with your IT department to make sure that the Discovery Hub website is whitelisted so it is not blocked. Try logging in on a different Wi-Fi network or computer.
Check with the Discovery Hub Account Owner or Admin to ensure that the invitation email was sent.
Make sure to access your Discovery Hub from the link sent in the invitation email you received.
Make sure that the name you enter when creating your account is your full name as was entered by the the Discovery Hub Account Owner or Admin and does not contain any additional spaces or other unexpected characters.
Otherwise, email your Discovery Hub Account Owner or Admin, they will have to delete and re-invite your account invitation.
