What should I do if the Subject says they have been wearing the sensor but the data does not appear processed in the cloud or show as uploaded in Discovery Hub?

Note that data newly uploaded to the Discovery cloud can take up to 1 day to process and display due to bandwidth.
Check “Last online time”; this indicates the last time that the tablet was connected to the internet. If it has not been online recently, alert the subject so they can reconnect it to allow the data to upload.
Check “Last data uploaded”; this indicates the last time that data was uploaded to the cloud. If the tablet is online but data has not been uploaded, check with the subject if they have synced the data with the tablet properly.
Ask the subject if they see the blue “Synced” icon on the top-right corner of the screen. If it is spinning and gray, then it has not finished syncing yet.
Ask the subject if the tablet is connected to the internet, either via WiFi or data.
Ask the subject if the sensors are charged and were correctly synced.
