1. Record what happened
Note the Subject IDs involved, the sensor IDs, and the dates and times of the wear. Add a note in your study records (for example your EDC). Send the same details to us, using Subject IDs only.
2. Don’t reset the sensor
Let the data sync as normal. Please don’t use Reset Memory to “clean up” a mistake, because that deletes the recording.
3. Fix the pairing for future wear
Wrong sensor on a kit (in Discovery Hub):

- Use the remove button next to the sensor ID to take the wrong sensor off the kit.
- Use the add button, enter the exact Sensor ID of the correct sensor, and pick the sensor type and location.

Wrong sensor on a kit (in the Discovery App): select Replace Sensor on the dashboard, choose the sensor to replace, then choose the correct sensor from the nearby list and select Replace.
Wrong kit assigned to a subject: in Discovery Hub, select Edit on the subject and enter the correct Kit ID.
Wrong QR code scanned at setup: in Admin Settings, select Subject Logout, then scan the correct QR code.
Sensors used with Discovery RA
A sensor can only be paired with one app at a time. If it was used with Discovery RA, change its session mode to automatic in Discovery RA, then Unpair it there first. See How do I use the Discovery RA app and the data parser?.
