Who can invite you
- Account Owner: set up by Sibel for each study. Invites Admins and Research Coordinators.
- Admin: can invite and remove Research Coordinators for their site(s).
- Research Coordinator: cannot invite other users.
If you don’t know who your Account Owner is, ask your study lead or contact us. See How do I add or remove Discovery Hub users, and stop the weekly summary emails? to add or remove users.
First-time sign-up
- Open the link in your invitation email. Invitations stay valid for 30 days.
- Enter your email address and select Next.
- Enter your full name exactly as your Account Owner or Admin entered it, with no extra spaces or characters.
- Create a password. We will email you a verification code.
- Enter the code within 24 hours to finish signing up.
If you can’t sign up or log in
- Check that the invitation was sent to the right email address. Ask your Account Owner or Admin to confirm it. If the invitation has expired, they can select Resend Invite.
- Use the link from the invitation email rather than a bookmarked or typed address.
- Forgot your password? Select Forgot Password on the login screen. Sibel may reset passwords as a security precaution, so this is also the fix if your password suddenly stops working.
- Check your network. Ask your IT department to allowlist (whitelist) the Discovery Hub site. Try another Wi-Fi network or computer. Google Chrome works best.
- Still not working? Your Account Owner or Admin can delete your invitation and invite you again.
Discovery Hub logs you out after 20 minutes of inactivity.
Looking for the study data files?
Raw and processed data files are delivered from the Discovery Cloud by sFTP or S3, which Sibel sets up separately from Discovery Hub. See How is study data delivered from the Discovery Cloud (sFTP or S3)?. Studies that use the Discovery RA app do not have a Discovery Hub. See How do I use the Discovery RA app and the data parser?.
Still need help? Submit a request or email support@sibelhealth.com. Include your Kit ID or device serial number. Do not include names, dates of birth, medical record numbers or other details that identify a person (protected health information, PHI).
