- First, try closing the Discovery App and reopening it, and then try turning the tablet completely off and then turning it on again.
- Please make sure that the sensor(s) on the charger and tablet are next to each other (under 2 meters) so they can connect by Bluetooth.
- Please check that the sensor is on the wireless charger and the charger is plugged in. The wireless charger should display a solid blue light at the top.
- Please check the sensor LED, it should be blinking green to indicate that it is on and charging.
- If unsuccessful, obtain the sensor from the study subject, place the sensor in Ship Mode, turn it back on, and then try to reconnect it to the tablet.
- Otherwise, please contact Sibel Health for a replacement sensor.
