I do not see the data I am expecting, where is it?

Check the subject on Discovery Hub to see the time they were last online (i.e. the Discovery App was open and the tablet was connected to the internet) and the time of the last data upload. The tablet will need to be connected to the internet to upload the data to the cloud.
Contact the subject to inquire if the sensor had properly downloaded the data to the tablet (the progress bar that appears on screen when syncing the sensor after a data collection session reached 100%) and if the tablet indicated that the data was synced (The blue “Synced” icon on the top-right corner of the screen is present instead of the gray spinning “Syncing” icon).
