Folders are organized as Country_Site ID > Subject ID > Timestamp > Sensor ID > raw and processed. The full description is in the Discovery Customer Cloud Integration Guide.
- Timestamp folder: the local date and time the wear session started, with the UTC offset at the end, for example 2023_06_06_22-30-00_-0500 (UTC minus 5 hours).
- Sensor ID folder: the folder name includes the sensor type.
- raw: data exactly as the sensor recorded it. The .shrd file is Sibel’s compressed raw format, and .hdf5 files are the same data in a standard format.
- processed: results from Sibel’s algorithms: .csv outputs, a .json summary, .yaml metadata and a .pdf report. The Algorithm Outline documents for your study describe each field.
Only a raw folder, or an odd timestamp? See the related articles in this section. For how data reaches you, see How is study data delivered from the Discovery Cloud (sFTP or S3)?.
