1. Remove the sensor from the affected area and do not wear until the irritation has resolved.

2. Gently wash the area where the irritation occurred with soap and water. This will help to reduce any discomfort and prevent the skin reaction from worsening.
*Optional: Apply a thin layer of unscented moisturizer or petroleum jelly over the affected area.
Skin irritation will usually resolve after not wearing sensors for 1 day. After the skin reaction has subsided, you may wear the sensor again. We also recommend that you use a cleaning wipe before placing a sensor on and after removing a sensor to reduce the chance of skin irritation.
