I tried to put my sensor into ship mode but it didn’t turn off, why?

Make sure that when placing the sensor into ship mode from the Discovery Application, the sensor is not on the charger. If the sensor is on the charger and actively charging, it will always stay on.
Access the “Admin Settings” and remove the sensor from the charger. Optionally press “Reset Memory” to remove any data on the sensor. Finally, press “Ship Mode”, and after a few seconds, the app should say that the sensor is disconnected.
