Note that a green LED turning on beneath the sensor on the charger indicates the sensor is charging correctly even if the sensor does not display an LED
Make sure that the sensor is in the correct charging position on the wireless charger, fitting within the outline shape on the charger’s surface. For the ANNE Chest sensor, make sure that the “b” logo is oriented upright and aligned with the “b” on the charger surface, and the serial number is readable on the bottom.
Check if the green light on the sensor turns on, if the sensor has a low battery level, the LED will pulse slowly indicating that it needs to charge more. Please wait until the sensor charges, eventually it will start blinking faster, indicating that it has enough power to fully turn on.
If there is no LED, leave the sensor charging in place and try waiting up to 20 minutes for the LED to turn on.
